The cottage is very warm but found the steep stairs a challenge for someone in their eighties!
Headboard in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the front door and window sills need attention. I did miss a potato masher though.

I hope you can come back to make more memories in the Lakes soon.

The cottage was exactly as described and pictured. It was lovely, cute and comfortable, warm, clean and well equipped. If I was to suggest anything to improve it would be have towels supplied, a tumble dryer/washer and a small freezer.

We had a very enjoyable time on holiday, really good central location, quiet and comfortable cottage. Being opposite a car park and building work was a minor problem, but not serious and the central location makes this inevitable to some extent. However, the equipment could have been a little better e.g. the DVD player does not connect to the TV - doesnt have the right lead, so we couldnt watch the DVD's we'd brought. The fridge was also very tight space wise, although we appreciate its a small cottage. The lack of towels was also disappointing, especailly as bed linen etc was provided, and its not clear to us why towels couldnt easily provided - we've stayed in two other holiday accomodations this year, and this hasnt been an issue despite C-19. None of this would stop us staying again, but improvements in the above would be helpful, thanks Nick

Thanks for letting me know about the DVD player, I'll make sure we get that sorted. I really appreciate your other feedback and suggestions for improvement too.
I hope you can come back to explore more of the Lakes soon.
