Hello Ed, Thank you for your lovely feedback. It's a super cosy cottage isn't it? You couldn't have picked a better location for getting out and about on some great walks - the views are exquisite! I hope you will return to the Lakes for your next holiday very soon.

Hi Linda, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback about your stay. I'm really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location, Bassenthwaite is an amazing base for exploring the Lake District isn't it? I always encourage guests to get in touch with ourselves or the owner if you have any issues whilst at our cottages as we can always arrange for a cleaner or handyman to visit if there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable. Feel free to get in touch if I can help with finding a cottage that'll be perfect for your next stay.

An awesome stay for a week with mostly good weather. Got to see heaps of places and climb a few "mountains". Only down side was watching the Cricket world cup final where England were very lucky to beat New Zealand.

Hi Pete, thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. I'm glad you had a great holiday. It's a lovely place to escape from the hustle and bustle for a while isn't it? The location is perfect for getting out exploring, it sounds like you did just that!
I bet the cricket is a distant memory now, there's always next time!
