General Description

On arrival, you access the apartment via outside stairs that take you to the second floor of Deloraine House. Once inside, all of the accommodation is on one level.

Set in the eaves of the Victorian house, this apartment has a lovely, quirky layout with a fresh and modern interior that makes the most of lovely period features. The open plan living area benefits from lovely views towards Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells. Here, you will find a TV, two comfy, deep leather armchairs, a dining table with two chairs, and characterful exposed beams (please mind your head!). The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and storage space.

The double bedroom is a lovely space with sloping ceilings and a comfy double bed and exposed wooden beams.

The bright, modern shower room is fully tiled and includes a shower, towel rail, WC, and sink.

As the apartment is within the splendid Deloraine House, guests have shared access to two acres of beautiful leafy grounds as well as a conservatory. Within the grounds there is also shared access to the laundry with coin-operated machines.
