Through the front door you’ll find the inviting entrance hall, off which is the lovely living-dining room. There are two stylish leather sofas positioned in front of the feature gas fire, perfect for cosy evenings in. For entertainment there’s a wall mounted smart TV. At the other end of the room is the wooden dining table and 4 chairs; gather round the table and compare notes on the day’s adventures over a delicious home cooked meal. Behind the table is a quirky, handmade tree-shaped bookcase that’s sure to raise a smile!
Also on the ground floor is the modern country style kitchen. Well equipped with an electric oven and hob, handy microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, there’s also a very useful washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Head up the stairs to the first floor and you’ll find the 2 beautiful bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom contains a king size bed, perfect for indulging in a long lie in. There’s also a useful chest of drawers and built in wardrobe for storage. The en-suite bathroom here is a real treat. As well as the WC and washbasin, there’s a fantastic modern walk in shower to reinvigorate muscles tired from walking and separate bath, ideal if you prefer a peaceful soak in the tub. The second king bedroom is no less lovely; again there’s a handy chest of drawers and also a wall mounted TV so there’s no need to fight over the remote downstairs! This room has the advantage of a zip and link bed and so can be made up as a twin upon request. Also on the first floor is the family shower room with WC, washbasin and shower cubicle with modern power shower.
Outside there is parking for 1 car in the car port and a resident’s permit is provided if you need to park a second car on the street or have a taller car that doesn't fit under the car port. Bottle Tops doesn’t have its own garden but with Windermere village on your doorstep the main sitting out area is, of course, the glorious Lake District National Park.
