General Description

Blease Garth is accessed through a character porch and then off the entrance hallway is the bathroom with a bath and shower over, washbasin and WC. 

The kitchen has an original slate flagged floor and wonderful beamed ceilings. Nooks and crannies have been effectively used for appliances and add charm to the open plan kitchen which is fitted with a range cooker and halogen hob. There is also a medium sized fridge and freezer and microwave. Please note there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board at the property.

The kitchen is open to the sitting room with a solid wooden floor and cosy woodburner and seating around a TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player.

Stairs from the kitchen lead upstairs to a landing with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Both bedrooms have charming original feature such as the thick uneven walls, sloping ceilings and original beams.

A lovely conservatory is off the kitchen overlooking the neat back garden and has stunning views to Blencathra. The is a lovely spot which catches the morning sun and is comfortably furnished.
