The owners have guest comfort at the forefront of their mind; alongside top-end amenities, the property boasts disabled access and facilities throughout, including handrails.
This cosy gem of a cottage accommodates up to four people and has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen delivers a stylish, contemporary, yet classic look with integrated task lighting and stunning granite surfaces. Modern, built-in appliances such as the 70/30 fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, combination microwave grill, electric hob and oven, complement the well-stocked cupboards and drawers to offer convenience.
The good-sized dining table provides a lovely place for family meals, and the lounge area has a TV with DVD player and comfortable leather seating for curling up in an evening.
This main living accommodation benefits from a dual aspect, with a full height picture window offering views over the woodland garden, and a stable door creating a lovely connection to the outdoors. The pine-panelled pitched roof and exposed beams provide character, as do the unique decorative features throughout.
There are two bedrooms - the first a double, the second a twin with two electric adjustable singles for maximum comfort. Both have a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The spacious wet room, with its elegant Italian stone tiles, has handles and non-slip flooring.
Within the beautiful grounds, there is a small shared conservatory and a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Please be aware that not all parts of the ground are accessible for wheelchair users.
Parking is available at the front and rear of the property and there is level access from the rear car park to the property.
