The front door of Beverley Cottage opens to a carpeted hallway. The house has been furnished in a seaside theme and boasts views of the harbour and the sea. The sitting room has a gas fire, wooden floor, TV and DVD player and comfortable seating. This room is open plan to the dining room with table and chairs. There are views of the harbour from the sitting room. Off the dining room is a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, washer/dryer and fridge with small freezer compartment. There is a door from the kitchen to the rear courtyard.
The downstairs bathroom has recently been refurbished and we are awaiting a new photo of the bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
From the hallway, there is a staircase to the first floor. The main bedroom is generously sized, featuring a king sized bed and fantastic views to the harbour and beach. There is a single bedroom (camp bed) and a twin bedroom, both of which are at the rear of the house. On the first floor there is also a separate WC with washbasin.
The front of Beverley Cottage faces towards the sea making the most of the coastal light. There is a sitting out area with a bench in the front garden with views of the sea. The enclosed rear yard is suitable for storing bikes and outdoor equipment (back gate can be bolted from within rear yard).
