A small porch leads into the cottage. On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with sofas and a table and chairs. A woodburner keeps the room cosy and the initial supply of fuel is provided. The floor is slate flagged with underfloor heating and features a flat screen TV with a Sky Freeview box.
The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, electric oven and hob and a fridge with small freezer compartment. The kitchen also has underfloor heating and a washing machine.
A lovely wood and sandstone twisting staircase leads upstairs. Please note it is open and not suitable for young children. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a double and a twin. There is a wet room sytle bathroom with a shower, separate bath, WC and washbasin.
The conservatory is ideal for those summer evenings with peaceful views overlooking the garden and the fields beyond.
Outside there is a lovely lawned garden with willow hedges and bird feeders. A shed is available for bike storage. The garden and sitting out area is south facing with views to Pillar Rock. The garden is shared with the owners and is enclosed.

For Christmas the owners will provide a decorated Christmas Tree with a few decorations around the room.
