The sitting room has comfortable seating for 12, a widescreen TV and DVD player, an original attractive Victorian marble open fire and through it's large bay window has wonderful views of the Lakeland fells.

The dining room is large and comfortably sits 12 people around its table. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a Range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage.

From the kitchen is the utility room with fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, microwave, a further undercounter fridge and a separate WC with wash handbasin.

Heading to the first floor you'll find a master bedroom which has stunning views towards Latrigg and Skiddaw. It has a king-size bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and a beautiful feature fireplace. Next to here is a zip-and-link room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. It has a super-king which can be made into a twin upon request. There is also a bunk room with a set of adult bunk beds and chest of drawers. All the bedrooms on this floor have wash basins. Finally on this floor is a bathroom with wash basin, a large bath with shower over for soaking those aching muscles after a day on the fells. There is a separate WC next door.

Stairs lead to the second floor with three further bedrooms. The first is an en-suite double bedroom, Again with stunning views, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second double room and the twin room both have wardrobes, bedside tables and chest of drawers. These two rooms share a shower room with enclosure, WC and wash basin.
