Keswick is a charming market town in the Lake District National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is surrounded by mountains and the town makes a perfect base for launching into the Lakes, whether it be on a downhill mountain bike, climbing icy rock faces or a gentle stroll along a lake shore. There is plenty to do for grown ups and children, including the Cumberland Pencil Museum, Keswick Museum and Art Gallery, Keswick Spa leisure pool, at least two climbing walls, the Alhambra cinema, the Theatre by the Lake, crazy golf and various marinas on Derwent Water.

Here, guests will find themselves in the basement with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the same floor.
The double bedroom features a wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom, containing an shower over the bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC in the separate bathroom.
Climbing the stairs will take guests up to the ground floor, where one large open-plan kitchen, living and dining room is located. A stylish quality is obvious in these rooms, where natural materials and sophisticated muted tones dominate. The living room contains a leather two-seater sofa and two matching armchairs.
