General DescriptionThe entrance hallway gives access to the open plan sitting room and kitchen with dining area. On entering you come to the lounge area, which comfortably seats 4. There is a 42" SMART TV with a DVD player and a wonderful woodburner effect fire.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven with 4 electric hobs.
Stairs from the entrance hallway lead to a landing off which are two bedrooms: a lovely double with dual aspect window, a twin, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside is a pretty garden with a cherry tree and table and chairs. Please be aware that there is an unfenced 1.5m drop in the garden, so children should be supervised at all times.
