• Leave M6 at junction 40 (Penrith). Turn westwards onto the A66, signposted Keswick.
• Take first Keswick turn off after approximately 15 miles and drop down the hill past the Keswick town sign to the T-junction.
• Turn left at the junction, up the hill.
• Take the first right which takes you down Ambleside Road.
• Go down the hill and along the road. Just as the road starts to go gently uphill again, turn right into Eskin Street.
• Number 45 is on the left, with a red door. Parking is on the street.
