From the M6 Motorway:

• Turn off at Junction 40 (Penrith) and turn onto the A66 towards Keswick.
• After 14 miles there is a turning signposted left to Keswick.
• Go down the slip road and turn left at the end of it.
• Follow this road (which drops down a hill) to the end.
• At the T-Junction turn right.
• As the road curves round to the right there is a small terrace of houses with blue window frames.
• Turn into the driveway at the end of this terrace before going over the bridge
