General Description

1 Wreay Cottage is one of those places that has a really lovely 'feel' to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge and storage space. There is also a utility room which houses an under counter freezer and washing machine. From the utility is a downstairs loo.

The sitting room is warm and cosy with comfy seating, woodburner (initial basket of logs provided), TV with DVD player, and a selection of books to borrow. Dining is also in this room.

From the kitchen, stairs lead upstairs to a hallway which houses a traditional ceiling pulley clothes airer/dryer. From the hallway is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom (with shower over bath). The views towards the Lake District mountains (including High Street & Kidsty Pike) from the double bedroom are fabulous.

From the back of the house are views towards open countryside, with a dropped railway line beyond the parking. The garden is long with shrubs and a sitting out area.

There is Ultrafast broadband Wifi available for guests to use during their stay at 1 Wreay Cottage at no extra charge.

A Christmas Tree will be in the cottage from the 8th December to the 4th January.
