General Description

1 Wreay Cottage is one of those places that has a really lovely feel to it. The sitting room is warm and cosy with comfy seating, wood burner, TV with DVD player, and a selection of books sitting on a lovely window seat. The dining table is also in this room, right next to the wood burner, so you can be sure of a cosy meal!

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, under-counter fridge and storage space. A utility room houses an under-counter freezer and washing machine and also leads to a downstairs toilet.

From the kitchen, stairs lead upstairs to a hallway that houses a traditional ceiling pulley clothes airer/dryer. From the hallway is a double bedroom (boasting fabulous views of the Lake District mountains), a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and bath with hand rail and shower over.

From the back of the house are views over the garden towards open countryside. The garden itself is long with a patio, gravelled area, shrubs, and a bench where you can enjoy a peaceful morning cuppa.
