Excellent cottage, close to town/shops and eateries. Kitchen was a dream to cook in and log burner really helped to provide a cosy resting place after a day out walking and exploring. If youre planning to stay a week, invest in the 7 day river bus pass. Its cheaper and you can hop on and off around the lake to undertake different walks. Superb cottage in every way. The owners put the in a lot of care and attention to detail and we note from the visitors book that many people (including us) make repeat visits. The only thing to be aware of is that the parking is somewhat tight but we managed fine.
