The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric hob, oven and breakfast table.

The living room is large with a dining area. It has an open coal fire (fuel not provided), TV & video and a double sofa bed.

Upstairs there is a twin bedded room and a double bedded room as well as toilet and large double shower.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio area, lots of lanes and countryside to explore from the doorstep.

Pets are very welcome in the cottage (although we cannot accept more than two) at no extra charge.

The cottage is heated by night storage heaters (plus the open fire in the lounge). Electricity for the storage heaters is included in the rent, the remainder is by a £1 coin meter. Bed linen is also included in the rent. Please note, there is a house next door to Sawmill Cottage.
