ROSE COTTAGE: THE ACCOMMODATION

The kitchen at Rose Cottage is large and has a dining area for six. It is lovely and warm with an aga for cooking, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space.

The sitting room next door is spacious and split into a main area with woodburning stove and a quiet area with an electric stove. There is flat-screen TV which has the full Sky package (sports and films) and DVD player. There are books to read and board games provided.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin. There is also a bathroom which has bath and separate shower.

The garden outside is magnificent with mature plants and hidden paths.

• The cottage is non-smoking
• The aga (Sandymore) provides central heating in the bedrooms and kitchen. The sitting room is heated by a woodburning stove and electric stove.
• There is wireless broadband at the cottage.
• Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £15 per pet. We ask that they do not go upstairs and that they are kept off the furniture.
• There is a travel cot and booster chair that you are welcome to use - please ask us in advance so we can organise this.
• There is parking for one car (or two small cars) through the gates by the kitchen door, further cars can park on the road by the cottage.
