ORCHARD HOUSE: ACCOMMODATION

Orchard House is spacious throughout with good sized rooms. From the hallway is the sitting room to the left and the kitchen to the right.

The sitting room has an open fire and comfortable seating for eight. There is a TV (with freeview sky) and DVD player, plus a CD player. The room is light and airy.

The kitchen is the heart of the home with plenty of space for everyone to share the cooking together. It is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of storage space. The utility room next door houses a washing machine and second fridge with freezer space. There is a dining table for eight in the kitchen and an additional area with a sofa and a small TV.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and the main bathroom has both a bath and a shower in it. There is an additional shower-room downstairs.

There is a lawned garden outside and a conservatory that is accessed via the kitchen.

• The house is heated by oil central heating which is included in the price. There is also an open fire in the sitting room.
  
  
• The beds will be made up for you but you need to remember to bring your own towels.
  
  
• Pets are welcome although this is limited to one dog only (except by prior permission) - we ask that dogs are not let into the bedrooms at all, or on any furniture. Dogs must not be left alone in the house. There is a £15 charge per dog.
