NEWTOWN HOUSE

The grand porch and hallway leads to a large sitting room to the left with open fire, board games, CD player, TV & DVD player, piano and comfy seats; and a dining room to the right with open fire and dining for ten. The views from the large bay windows look out onto the sandy beaches and the sea beyond.

To the back of the house is a fully equipped kitchen and utililty room with a large range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumbledrier, iron & ironing board and plenty of storage space.

There is also a WC downstairs.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and a bathroom which has a jacuzzi corner bath with a separate shower. There is one double bedroom, one family (with four poster bed and a single bed), a twin bedroom and a triple bedroom.

The garden outside is large and has fantastic sea views.

• The beds will be made up for you and towels are provided.
  
  
• Pets are welcome although this is limited to one dog only (except by prior permission) - we ask that dogs are not let upstairs at all, or on any furniture. Dogs must not be left alone in the house.
  
  
• The house is non-smoking.
  
  
• Knott View is next door, providing accommodation for fourteen people - both Newtown House & Knott View can be taken together for larger groups - there is an internal door between the two which can be unlocked if required. Knott View has its own garden and faces in a different direction to Newtown House so they both feel private when taken separately. The two houses share parking.
