NEWLANDS APARTMENT: ACCOMMODATION

Apartment B is on the first floor of Newlands House, a large detached house by the golf course in Seascale.

The sitting room and dining area of Newlands Apartment is large and comfortable. With a bay window looking towards the sea, the room is light and warm. This room has a dining table, sofa and TV (which has the full Sky package including films) with DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge with a large freezer compartment below and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single. There is also a pull out bed which can go in the double room or the sitting room if there is a fourth person in your group.

The bathroom is large with original iron bath that has a shower over it.

Outside there is a garden shared by the three apartments at Newlands House which you are welcome to use.

• The house is heated by electric storage heaters.
• The apartment has Wifi internet access.
• Pets are welcome although this is limited to one dog only (unless by prior permission). There is an additional charge of £15 per dog.
