MID TOWN FARMHOUSE: ACCOMMODATION

The entrance hallway leads to the main sitting room
on your left and an study room (or children's area) on your right.
Internet access is provided - bring your laptop to take advantage
of this.

The sitting room is on a split level with a curtain
to create two living areas if needed. The main part has an open
fire, widescreen TV and DVD player. There are two sofas in this
section plus a few beanbags. In the second section there are another
two sofas.


The kitchen is large and fully equipped with an oil
fired aga, additional electric hob, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher
and microwave.

A separate utility room (above) houses a washer-drier.
There is a cloakroom with wc here.
The dining room (below) has a long table to seat twelve
people in comfortable surroundings.

On the first floor are three double bedrooms, two
of which are ensuite (one with a slipper bath, the other with roll
top claw feet bath). There is also a third bathroom with roll top
bath and shower. The bedrooms (and bathrooms) are all spacious and
airy. Each room has been individually decorated with flair &
style.

On the second floor are a further two bedrooms, each
of which have a double bed and a single in them. Please note that
the single bed in the second bedroom is a pull out bed from under
the double. Please let us know if you would like this to be made
up for you. Both rooms are very spacious.

The garden is large and commands superb views of the
coast to the front of the house and Black Combe mountain

- The house is heated by oil central heating which is included
in the price
- The beds will be made up for you but you need to remember to
bring your own towels.
- Pets are welcome although this is limited to one dog only (except
by prior permission) - we ask that dogs are not let into the bedrooms
at all, or on any furniture. Dogs must not be left alone in the
house.
