The kitchen at Hazelwood is fully equipped with microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space and a pantry for any additional extras.

There is dining for ten through the alcove from the kitchen. The views from this room are fantastic.

In the sitting room there is an open fire, a piano and board games, PC2 player (with games), Sky TV including Sport (and/or sky movies an option - please ask in advance) and broadband on request (again, advance notice needed).

On the first floor there is a king sized bedroom, a double and a twin. The two doubles have a chest of drawers & wardrobe. The double has a chest of drawers and hooks on the back of the door to hang clothes. There is also a family bathroom which bath and separate shower, as well as an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom (with bath which has a shower attachment).

On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, each with twin beds. Please note that the stairs to these rooms go straight to the first twin room and so access to the second room is through the first one.

Outside there is a patio area which faces South - perfect for an evening drinks & barbeques. The garden to the back is steep with some terracing.

There is parking for two cars at Hazelwood - and a series of steps lead to the house. Any additional cars will need to park by the steam railway station which is a few minutes walk away.
