Field End

Field End in set in a lovely orchard with two other lodges and a small cottage. The orchard is lovely and open with out door seating area catching lots of sun.

The lodge also has shared use of the pond with rafts, games room with pool and table tennis and playground with slide, swings and seesaw. This makes the cottage perfect for families and is a fantastic base for exploring what the Lake District has to offer.

There are hundreds of walks from the door from shorter walks down the beautiful river Esk or up the fell to Blea Tarn to hiking up Scafell Pike, England's highest mountain.

There are also five family friendly pubs in the valley all of which serve food for those occassions when you don't want to cook!
