ESK VIEW: ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor
The entrance porch leads to a hallway containing leaflets with information about Eskdale and the surrounding area, and also a payphone (there is currently little mobile reception in the Eskdale valley).

There is also an entrance to Esk View by the kitchen which has a large porch which is perfect for leaving wet and muddy coats and shoes.

The kitchen is large with two gas cookers, two microwaves, two dishwashers, two coffee makers, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and a hairdryer

The dining room is reached either via the main hallway or via the kitchen. This is a splendid room dominated by a long table to seat 16. The room also boasts an open fireplace, piano (ideal for late night singalongs), music system, colour TV and video. Two highchairs are available at Esk View.

There is also an open fire in the large sitting room, making it a cosy place to read, watch TV or chat, even on the coldest of days. There is also a video recorder & DVD player here.

On the first floor are four bedrooms:

• two kingsize (ensuite with shower and toilet)
• one single
• one triple (with washbasin)

There is also a bathroom on this floor and separate toilet.

The second floor has a further four bedrooms:

• one double (with washbasin)
• three twins (with washbasins)

There is also a bathroom and a shower-room on this floor.

Outside there is an enclosed garden and a patio with garden furniture for those long summer days. There is ample parking and an outside toilet.
