ESK VIEW HOLIDAY HOUSE

Comfortably sleeping 16, Esk view is ideal for large extended families, families sharing a holiday or groups of like-minded people. This spacious and luxurious house stands alone in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with exceptional views of the Lake District fells. For those of you who like a challenge, Esk view is just a three mile walk from the Scafell range (England’s highest mountain). Alternatively, you may prefer to explore the natural grassland, woodlands and fields that surround Esk View, or play in the river close by. Whatever you choose to do, you can be sure that there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen.

Although it was built 1898, we extensively modernised this family home in 1996 while retaining the Victorian charm apparent in its mahogany staircase, marble fireplaces, kitchen flagstones and exposed beams.

Esk View is just a 10 minute walk from the village of Boot which boasts a Post Office, small shop and two pubs. It is also 10 minutes from Dalegarth station, the terminal of the Ravenglass & Eskdale Steam Railway (l’aal ratty).
