Cragg Cottage stands alone with fantastic views of the Lakeland fells.

The sitting room is warm and comfortable with an open fire, TV, DVD player, stereo with mp3 player attachment and a variety of books to read.

The kichen is fully equpped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge and storage space. There is also a pantry which has additional storage and a small freezer. The utlity room has a washer-drier and dishwasher.

There is also a dining room which has the original stone flags and an oil fired aga.

Downstairs is a study - a place of retreat to read a book or do some work.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin. There is also a bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with a shower above it.

There is a large garden outside with garden furniture and mountain views.

• The house is heated by oil fired central heating.
• It is on its own spring water supply which is filtered and regularly tested.
• We can accept one pet at the cottage at an additional charge of £15. Please note that the cottage is near a farm and dogs must be kept under control at all times. We ask that they stay in the flagged dining room area and don't go into the sitting room beyond.
• Bikes and buggies can be stored in the garage next door.
• There is a travel cot, booster seat, stairgate, fire guard and basket of toys that you are welcome to use.
• There is limited mobile phone reception (best for those on the Orange network) but there is a phone in the house which accepts incoming calls.
