| CHAPEL COTTAGE: ACCOMMODATION

Refurbished in 2007, Chapel Cottage is lovely throughout
with fantastic views over the Duddon Valley. The sitting room is
light and airy with a cosy open fire, leather sofas and TV with
DVD player.

The view from the sitting room
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space.
There is a dining table within the kitchen to comfortably seat six.
There is also a washing machine and tumbledrier.

Downstairs there are two double bedrooms (one of which
has an ensuite shower room with WC). There is also a bathroom downstairs.

The third bedroom is upstairs and has two single beds
(please note that this room has a sloping roof).
The gardens are beautiful. There is an enclosed garden
to the front of the house. Mature gardens (with patio area) at the
back lead to woods and fells beyond (dogs and children should not
be unsupervised in the back garden).

The view from the front door
- The cottage is heated by oil central heating
- There is parking for one car by the cottage via a shared driveway.
The driveway then steepens and leads to parking for a further
two cars (please note that the driveway is steep and should be
taken slowly; Chapel Cottage is not suitable for sports cars or
cars with low ground clearance).
- Pets are welcome at Chapel Cottage (limited to one only, unless
by prior permission) and charged at £15. We ask that they
are not left in the cottage alone and do not use the furniture
at all.
- The cottage is on its own private water supply.
- The cottage is a no smoking cottage.
- There is no mobile reception in the Duddon Valley but the cottage
has a payphone.
- There is an annex for two people adjoining the cottage - this
is not let out to visitors but the owners often use it.
