Booking Information

We take full week bookings only (Saturday to Saturday). We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (please send cheques to Sally Fielding at Rivendell, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4QP).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, oil, and linen are included in the price. Please bring your own towels. Coal and logs are available for the open fire. A cot and high chair is available upon request.

Pets are welcome but I'm afraid we can only accept one dog per booking (unless by prior consent).
