Booking Information

We take full week bookings only (Saturday to Saturday). We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to San Ging (please send cheques to Sally Fielding at Rivendell, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4QP).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 3pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition! We also ask for a damage deposit of £100 which is sent back to you in the fortnight after your holiday.

Electricity, oil, and linen are included in the price. You need to bring your own towels.

The cottage operates a no smoking policy.

I'm afraid we cannot accept pets at San Ging.
