ROSE COTTAGE: AVAILABILITY & PRICES

Booking Information

We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. Weekend bookings are £290 - £305 (three nights) in the off-peak season (end Oct to Easter).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (please send cheques to Sally Fielding at Rivendell, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4QP).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 12noon on the day of departure and not to arrive before 5pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, oil, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

• The cottage is non-smoking
• The aga (Sandymore) provides central heating in the bedrooms and kitchen. The sitting room is heated by a woodburning stove and electric stove.
• There is wireless broadband at the cottage.
• Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £15 per pet. We ask that they do not go upstairs and that they are kept off the furniture.
• There is a travel cot and booster chair that you are welcome to use - please ask us in advance so we can organise this.
• There is parking for one car (or two small cars) through the gates by the kitchen door, further cars can park on the road by the cottage.
